So if you check out my account on 43things.com you'll notice that I have a goal to run a half marathon. So, as of today I've decided I'm going to start my training next week to be able to run the Victoria half marathon in October. Wish me luck!

It's got some great tips about how to train for 5k, 10k, half marathons, full marathons etc.
The nutritional information is also really important. If you're looking to run a half marathon, 65% of your diet should be intaking carbs, since your body needs that as an immediate fuel source.
It's also good to do some strength exercising for your joints such as your needs, ankles, hips...etc.
