Balsamic Chicken

Hey guys,

As promised (but a little late) the new recipe I tried this week.

Balsamic Chicken and Mushrooms and let me tell you it was amazing!

Here's the recipe for any curious minds! This

Ingredients:

2 tsp vegetable oil
3tbsp of balsamic vinegar
2 tsp of dijon mustard
4 4oz chicken breast
2 cups of mushrooms
1 large garlic clove
1/3 cup of chicken broth

1) In a non stick skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil
2) In a medium bowl mix 2 tbsp of vinegar, the mustard and garlic. Turn chicken to coat
3)Transfer chicken and marinade to skillet and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer chicken to platter and keep warm.
4) Heat remaining oil in skillet, and sautee mushrooms in remaining broth
5) Add to chicken.

Enjoy with a side of veggies, potatoe or whatever tickles your fancy.
