Chilled Apple Dessert
1 box of graham crackers
3 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups of low fat whipped cream
Layer the bottom of dish with graham crackers
Mix apple sauce and yogurt and pour half over the first layer of crackers
Make another layer of crackers and use the other half of apple sauce mixture
Create a third layer of graham crackers
Top with low fat whipped cream
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Chill for 60 mins and serve cold.
